According to what TVA Sports journalist Anthony Martineau reported, another member of the Montreal Canadiens has indeed gone through a terrible tragedy.



It was Martin St-Louis who chose to share this information during a press conference, but almost at the same time as Gallagher, another member of the organization received extremely sad news.

“Through Martin St-Louis’ words, we understood not only that what happened with Brendan Gallagher is directly tied to the chemistry and symbiosis that unites the players on the team, but also that another member of the organization went through an extremely difficult ordeal, almost at the same time as Brendan Gallagher.

So this team will be extremely hard to stop in the coming weeks.”

Martin St-Louis reveals that another member of the organization is grieving

As Martineau rightly points out, the Montreal Canadiens this season aren’t just a hockey team.. They’re a family!

“It hasn’t been an easy week, because Roger’s mother passed away two or three days before as well, and Gally…

So it’s been [difficult].. And now we have to keep playing hockey, and there’s a human side to this, but I was really impressed with how we rallied through that moment.”

Martin St-Louis, speaking here about Roger Grillo, who is an important member of the Montreal Canadiens’ coaching staff.
